GDPR compliance lives in the day to day, not in documents kept in a drawer. The Data Protection Officer's support ensures there is always someone qualified to respond — to the organisation, to data subjects and to the authority — within the time limits the law imposes.

Support is organised in distinct channels, from routine clarification to the response to an incident. In the event of a breach, the notification window to the authority is just 72 hours: having prepared support at that moment is the difference between a calm response and a crisis.
